• Try login to the Bellsouth account from laptop or from computer browser. This will verify the login credentials of your account.
• Check for any outage issue if reported on the server status page. You can check the same from the Bellsouth support page.
• As far as network strength is concerned, if you are getting 2 to 3 signal bars on your device, then it means the signal strength is sufficient. You are good to go to the next troubleshooting step.
• If you are getting the network problem in a particular area, then we recommend you to call your network service provider.
• Check the software version of OS installed in your Galaxy Note 2. If any latest update is available, then download and install it in your device.
• Call Bellsouth email support to cross-check the POP3 or IMAP settings configured in your device.
• If you are getting the problem in setting up POP3 mail on your device, then you can try configuring with IMAP account type.
