QuickBooks File doctor resolves several QuickBooks errors and is easy to run. First download the latest version of QuickBooks File Doctor in your system.
Once the download is complete then:
Open QuickBooks
Do not Login to the company file as of now. Choose Utilities >> Repair File & Network Problems
If you get a window that asks permission to acquire diagnostic info then ensure to mark ‘YES’.
Select ‘Browse’ option
Now go to Company file >>Open
Press ‘Show advanced settings’, and look for drop-down menu
From the drop-down menu, choose the best solution depending on the error you have.
Next, Login to company file via QB ID & Password
Now press NEXT to open QuickBooks File Doctor
Wait for the diagnosis to complete and then re-open Company file.
